Start of the Costa del Sol market place... |

| On the 25th of july we have started the market place for
the Costa del Sol. |
| |
| We are very pleased with this and we hope that this market
place will be used as well as the market place for the Costa Blanca. |
| |
| This market place is the second after the start in june
with the Costa Blanca market place. |

Possibility to pay with PayPal and creditcard... |

| From now on it is possible to pay with PayPal and creditcard,
if you don't have a PayPal account. |

| If you want to advertise with your property on the Property
Plaza then we ask a small amount of money for it. Now it is possbile to
make a deposit, send the money cash, pay with PayPal or to pay with your
creditcard. |
| |
| More than 71 million people are using PayPal at the moment
for paying on the Internet. Well known companies as the Dutch "marktplaats.nl"
are also looking to integrate the PayPal method. PayPal is a payment service
of the auction site EBay. |

Database will be cleaned... |

| At this moment we are busy with cleaning the database. |
| |
| This week double advertisements in a category will be removed. |
| |
| If you have posted a double advertisement then the advertisement
will be deleted. The latest version of the advertisement will be placed. |
| |
| Advertisers with a double advertisement received an e-mail
of us. |
| |
| Note: it is possible to post an ad in several categories,
but it is not allowed to post an advertisement more than once in one category! |

Sometimes the advertisement text is not correct... |

| We heard from a Dutch advertiser that sometimes the advertisement
text not complete is saved and shown. |
| |
| We found the problem and it is fixed. From now the text
in the free advertisement is limited up to 600 characters. |
| |
| If you notice any problem with posting your advertisement,
please don't post your advertisement twice, but let us know. |

The list of Property Plaza has been edit... |

| Last week we have edited the list of the Property Plaza. |
| |
| A thumbnail of the property, now will be shown on startpage
of our website and the list of the properties for sale and properties
for rent. |
| This thumnail is the photo our advertisers choose themselves
within their account. |
| |
| It is nicer to look at and makes a big difference between
the normal free advertisements! |
