With the new item "Property Plaza" it is possible to sell or to let your property at the Costa Blanca. How it works and what it cost, you can read below.
 
Extra on the Property Plaza are the 10 photos which you can add. The letting module contains a reservation form and a list of availability.
 
That is why the Property Plaza is different than the normal free advertisements.
 
 
 
What does it cost to use "Property Plaza"?
In the table below are our prices. The prices for selling or letting your property are the same.
 
Selling / Letting of a property

 9 months
€ 45,00 per property
 12 months
€ 60,00 per property

What can I do with "Property Plaza"?
If you sign up for the "Property Plaza" an account will be created. With your own account you can:
 
For selling:
  • Insert, edit or delete your property;
  • Insert photos with a maximum of 10 photos of 50 KB per photo;
For letting:
  • Insert, edit or delete your property;
  • Insert photos with a maximum of 10 photos of 50 KB per photo;
  • Insert and manage renting periods with different prices;
  • Manage the availability of those renting periods;
 
After inserting, your property is direct available for people who are interested. Besides all that, people who are interested in your property can contact you directly.
 
In case of letting people can contact you directly for a specific renting period. Visitors also have the possibility to send your property to a friend.
 
 
 
When I sign up, when is my account available?
If you sign up your account will be created directly.
Your property could be available on "Property Plaza" within 15 minutes.
